  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 4 Tart Apples, peeled and cored then sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon


  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the apples and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
  2. Whisk together the cornstarch and water, then add to the skillet. Add in the brown sugar and cinnamon, boil for 2 minutes stirring often, then remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
