Coconut water is becoming quite the trend and this delicious smoothy is a great way to enjoy it!
- 2 1/4 Cups Coconut Water, chilled
- 2 Avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
- Use the coconut water to make ice cubes by filling an ice cube tray and freezing until solid.
- In a blender combine the coconut water ice cubes, avocado, agave nectar and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses, serve immediately and enjoy!
