- 4 Cups Basil Leaves
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
- 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- Combine the first four ingredients in a blender and turn on.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in fridge or let stand 5 minutes before serving over your favorite pasta!
