Classic Pesto Recipe

1 1/2 Cups




  • 4 Cups Basil Leaves
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil


  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a blender and turn on.
  2. Slowly stream in the olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store in fridge or let stand 5 minutes before serving over your favorite pasta!
