Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, head the oil and stir in the pine nuts and cranberries; season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-6 minutes then add the asparagus.
  2. Cook 5-8 minutes more then transfer to a serving platter.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
