This fruit salad is fresh and bright with mint and a delicious honey-orange glaze that helps to enhance the natural flavors of the fruit. It is an excellent breakfast treat or brunch side!

Honey and Orange Glazed Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Small Honeydew, peeled, seeded and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Small Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 Cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Red Seedless Grapes
  • 3/4 Cup Green Seedless Grapes
  • 4 Kiwifruits peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mint, lime juice, orange juice and honey.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.
  3. Add juice and honey mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes then toss once more before serving.
