Who says grilling is only for meat eaters? If your grill is well-prepped you can use both an indoor and outdoor grill for vegetables and tofu! This recipe suggests using an indoor grill, but there is nothing to stop you from heading outside except the weather!

Grilled Tofu Salad Recipe

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes


  • 3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 12 Oz. Smoked or Baked Tofu
  • 12 Cups Green Salad
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 6 Plum Tomatoes cut into 4 wedges


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil and mustard until combined. Whisk in salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  2. Coat a non-stick grill pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Add tofu and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Re-whisk dressing briefly. In a large bowl mix together the salad, cheese and tomatoes; pour dressing over the top. Toss in tofu and serve.
