  • 1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Sorrel Leaves, thinly sliced
  • 4 Limes, quartered
  • 40 oz Seltzer, chilled


  1. In a small saucepan combine the agave nectar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
  2. Combine syrup in a blender with the sorrel leaves and combine until smooth, then run through a sieve to collect any solids.
  3. Squeeze the limes into a large pitcher or bowl, toss in and smash with the back of a wooden spoon, then stir together with the sorrel-agave syrup and seltzer.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
