Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Honey


  1. In a small saucepan stir together the oatmeal, milk, pumpkin and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for five minutes.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, stir in the nuts and honey.
  3. Enjoy!
