- 1 1/4 Cups Coconut Water
- 1/2 Avocado, pitted and with the flesh scooped out
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts or Pecans
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Mango Cubes
