Zucchini Relish Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Zucchini, grated
- 1/3 Cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Combine the zucchini, cilantro, lime, oil, salt and sugar together in a medium bowl, then pack into jars or resealable containers and refrigerate over night before serving!
