  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Cranberry uice
  • 2 Tablespoons Milkk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve over your favorite pancakes and waffles!
