Perfect Grilled Corn Recipe
- 6 Ears of Corn
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to high and oil grates
- Peel the corn husks back enough to remove all the silk, then salt and pepper the corn and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Re-wrap in the husks, then wrap in aluminum foil. Place on grill and grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
