- 1 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 8 Cups Water
- In a smallsaucepan over high heat, combine the sugar with 1 cup of the water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, then refrigerate till chilled.
- Juice the lemons, removing seeds, then combine the lemon juice, sugar syrup and remaining water in a pitcher.
- Chill before serving.
