- 4 Yellow Squash
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, smashed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Cut the squash horizontally into slices.
- In a small skillet heat the oil and add the garlic. Cook until the garlic sizzles and becomes fragrant then brush the oil over the squash slices and grill them on the grill for 5-10 minutes per side brushing often with new garlic oil.
