Cranberry Wassail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Gallon Apple Cider
- 1/2 Gallon Cranberry Juice
- 1 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 1/4 Cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 Orange, sliced
- 24 Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
- Mint Leaves
- Orange Slices
Instructions
- In a large soup pot, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm, garnished with mint and a slice of orange
