Celery French Cocktails Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Celery Leaves, packed
  • 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 6oz Gin, chilled
  • 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine, chilled
  • Candied Lemon Rinds


  1. In a small saucepan combine the sugar and water then bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the celery leaves; let steep until completely cooled, then pour through a sieve and discard the leaves.
  2. Combine 1 tablespoon of the celery syrup, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of the gin in a champagne, top with champagne, stir to combine and garnish with a lemon rind.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
