Summer Sweets Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Grapes, halved
  • 1 Peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 Nectarine, pitted and chopped
  • 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan bring the sugar and 1/2 cup of water to boiling. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and mint. Steep for 15 minutes then strain to remove mint leaves and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit. Drizzle with lemon syrup and toss gently to combine and coat.
  3. Cover and chill for 2 hours
