Parsley Salsa Verde Recipe

  • 1 Cup Fresh Flat-Leaf Italian Parsley, packed
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender except for the olive oil.
  2. Slowly stream in the olive oil, pureeing until the mix is completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
  3. Enjoy over pasta!
