Using avocado in this recipe helps to make it smooth and creamy, but if someone in your family is allergic try using some silken tofu to get the same results!

Homemade Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Plain Soymilk
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Agave Nectar
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado, soymilk, cocoa powder, agave nectar and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into four bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

If you choose to use silken tofu be sure you chill for an hour before serving!
