Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Egg Replacer
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Pinch Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl beat together all the ingredients and then pour into the casserole dish.
  3. Bake for one hour, then remove and cool slightly before serving!
