Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 15oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil then add the mushrooms and cook for 7 minutes. Stir in the onion and bell pepper, reduce the heat to medium and cook 5 minutes more.
  2. Pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in the flour, paprika, tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water; cook for 3 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
